AMPYANG
BAHAN :
  • 200 gr kacang tanah
  • 200 gr gula merah
  • 2 cm jahe, parut
  • Sejumput garam
  • 50-60 ml air

CARA MEMBUAT :
  1. Cuci bersih kacang tanah, goreng / oven hingga kering.
  2. Didihkan garam, air dan jahe parut lalu masukkan gula merah, aduk hingga mengental, matikan api.
  3. Masukkan kacang tanah, aduk rata, segera cetak dengan sendok di atas kertas roti, tunggu hingga dingin dan mengeras.
