Bahan : 500 gr Daging sapi 8 bh cabai merah, tumbuk kasar 2 sdm kecap manis 2 lbr daun salam 1/2 sdt garam 1/2 sdt merica bubuk 4 sdm minyak...

Bahan :
  • 500 gr Daging sapi
  • 8 bh cabai merah, tumbuk kasar
  • 2 sdm kecap manis
  • 2 lbr daun salam
  • 1/2 sdt garam
  • 1/2 sdt merica bubuk
  • 4 sdm minyak goreng
  • 1 sdm margarin

Bumbu halus :

  • 1 bh cabai merah ( sesuai selera )
  • 6 bh bawang merah
  • 4 siung bawang putih
  • 1/2 sdt garam
  • 1 sdt terasi

Cara membuat :

  1. Rebus daging dengan garam dan daun salam sampai empuk.
  2. Potong dadu.
  3. Tumis bumbu halus dan cabai tumbuk hingga harum.
  4. Masukkan daging sapi, tambahkan kecap manis, merica, dan 100 ml air.
  5. Masak dengan api kecil sampai air habis dan kuah berminyak.
  6. Taburi bawang goreng
